Hi Rachel, I love …
Hi Rachel, I love Lost Coast Designs, especially the Tarot Atc stamps. I’ve also gotten quite a few of her border strips and I use the Sizzix narrow long cutting pads to stamp with, that way I didn’t have to buy a separate acrylic block just for those particular stamps. They work quite well. Hth. Thanks for sharing, of course now I’m off to shop.

Love the haul. I have used those phrenology heads (similar ones anyway) in my own work a lot. As for the long stamps: I mount oversize stamps on pieces of matboard or plexi. Makes storage a breeze, too.

@s627y Thanks for the tip – I’ve never heard of the Fiskars stamp press – I’ll look out for it, we can usually find most Fiskars products here in the UK. Hugs, Rach

@txlavenderlady Yes …
@txlavenderlady Yes, she is wonderful. She did make it over to the UK a few years ago and I was lucky enough to see her. I use a brayer for inking photo stamps as they will not stamp properly any other way. I still prefer them on a block though, especially for handling those long, skinny suckers! lol A few kind people have sent me some links, so I hopefully I should get sorted soon. Thanks for your comment, Rach

Rachel, love your haul. The long borders should fit on the large Fiskars Stamp Press. It is 11″ in width. Hope that helped. I may be able to get that for you if you can’t find one in UK. :)

Rach, You might try …
Rach, You might try using your brayer to ink up the larger or longer stamps. I actually learned that from the lady at the Lost Coast Stamps. She comes every year to a stamping convention in January here in TX. Great examples of her stuff at her tables and she is a good teacher if she ever comes to the UK, get over to see her!
