Scrapbookers — do you take to many pictures of your kids?

LOL

Is there such a thing?!!

But seriously, do you feel like you are taking to many pictures?

I am so thankful for my digital camera so I don’t have to think about how many I take!

The other day I took a picture of my 10 year old reading! I can’t wait to scrap it and journal what a great reader she is!

Way too many. But what surprised me was right before my son graduated I realized that from about 12 on I only had 4 or 5 pics of him a year. But I have tons of albums & large plastic boxes of pics still waiting from before then. He jokes I lost interest once he quit being so cutesy. lol!

Ah, it’s completely normal. These days technology has pushed taking too many pictures to the next level. The parents who actually take too many pictures don’t even realize it.

I don’t believe in taking too many pictures of my baby. If you don’t, you won’t remember your child growing up and you would wish to go back and take a certain picture. But you wouldn’t be able to. My daughter is only 2 months old and I already have over 300 pictures of her. lol I already have over 25 pages in her scrapbook. It is so much fun.

I take WAY too many! In the ones that don’t come out well or that I basically have oodles of the same shot of, I let the kids use them for art/craft projects. =)
